Yesterday I weighed 89. Today, I weigh 91. Fluctuations are normal.

I don't think it's anything to be alarmed about. I gained one pound also. but the best part is......I only gained one pound. you should be proud of yourself, it could be a lot worse.

ONE pound? That is so within normal daily fluctuation levels that you should completely ignore it. While the article is good, that may not be what's happening to you yet, you might just be experiencing the perfectly normal non-linearness of weight loss - sometimes you lose, sometimes you don't.

If you've just started 30DS, make sure your fitness goal is updated for the appropriate increase in calorie burn.

ok.........I have done the 30 day shred 2 days in a row.....I am miserably out of shape, but hung in there as best as I could.....I must say it was probably a shock to my system. I have been eating within my caloric range for the most part, with many days being at the lower range and I always drink at least 64oz of water.....but sadly my scale was UP one pound today............any similar experiences???
