Howdy! Welcome back to the journey! There are a number of folks who have had surgeries and managed to work out - you had better stay seated to do it, though, so as not to strain the knees. I know there are many seated exercises to do that are quite challenging. I have read some pretty inspiring blogs by members who were disabled, in a wheelchair, working out in the chair and losing. I took a "Never Quit Pledge" on the site to stick with it, to keep on Sparking and stay committed to the Community so I would not let myself slide far back before someone's support helped me mobilize back into healthy habits. So immerse yourself back into the Spark process - maybe try out the Coaching site and see if that helps you get rolling again! Good luck!

I have not been on this site is several years, over the course of time I haved gained a lot of weight I need help in taking it back off. I have had 3 knees surg one of them being a total replacement. I am trying to figure out what I can to that doesn't hurt. My goal is to use this site again to help be reach a goal
