If I fry my eggs in cooking spray, which I usually do, I don't track anything but the eggs, and I don't bother to put in the word "fried."

I just track the eggs as "Egg, Large" and add whatever else I use to cook it in.

Alternatively, you could track 1 egg (or 2 eggs) and track however much cooking spray you use.

I fry my large eggs in cooking spray which should add only one or two calories to the calorie count; yet Spark's nutritional information adds 22.5 calories to a fried egg, 44 for 2 eggs. Can't we have another category in the tracker for eggs fried in Pam or no-calorie cooking spray that reflects the true calorie count?
