Hi there! I struggle--a lot--with losing. I started following the plan in the new spark solution book and upped my walking(got a new puppy) and am AMAZED at the results!! I usually struggle to lose half a pound a week and walking more and following spark nutrition guidelines i am down 18 pounds!!!
I don't walk fast. I did take the puppy out for 6 half mile walks a day. It really made a big difference!!!

You said you're watching, but are you tracking? Sometimes eyeballing portions isn't a good thing and tracking my food is key for me.

When you want to succeed as bad as you want to breathe, then you will be successful.

Commitment means staying loyal to what you said you were going to do long after the mood you said it in has left you.
