Hi there! I struggle--a lot--with losing. I started following the plan in the new spark solution book and upped my walking(got a new puppy) and am AMAZED at the results!! I usually struggle to lose half a pound a week and walking more and following spark nutrition guidelines i am down 18 pounds!!! I don't walk fast. I did take the puppy out for 6 half mile walks a day. It really made a big difference!!!

You said you're watching, but are you tracking? Sometimes eyeballing portions isn't a good thing and tracking my food is key for me.
I have been watching what i eat and exercising for a while now, but i am not losing any weight..I know that because i am over 40 and have a thyroid disease that it will be harder but would like to have some results
