Just wanted to put it out there... I started tracking my goals again today, and am in this with my sister.... we've both dealt with weight issues for most of our lives (she didn't when she was younger...) and we've had the head knowledge for a long time. I'm excited, nervous, and want to take it one day at a time, rather than by leaps and bounds.... slow and steady wins the race, right?
Good brkfst to start: vanilla soy protein powder, skim milk, frozen banana, and frozen strawberries. More protein than I am used to starting the day, and I think that'll be a good thing. Delicious, and tastes like a treat!
