I started Sparking in June of 2007. By using Spark and some self discovery along the way, I'm down 50 pounds, and am holding steady at a healthy weight. Spark is a massive site, you'll be discovering new and exciting things for months to come!

Hi everyone. I may not be able to turn back the hands of time yet I'm trying to prolong how long the clock is ticking for me. Perhaps following the programs outlined here by eating healthy, and proper exercise this will be my fountain of youth
