Everyone slips up now and then. I used to be( and still am sometimes) really hard on myself when that happens. But lately I have been getting better about reminding my self that I didn't develop all these unhealthy habits over night and I will not reverse over night either. One day at a time is how I try to look at it and remembering that I not only want to lose weight for my wedding but that I want to be healthy and happy for my son so that he can grow up healthy and happy as well! Peace and Love everyone!! emoticon

I like to think that it's our "imperfections" and "mistakes" that make us unique, so in a sense, all of these "imperfections" make us "perfect" people. Think I have enough quote marks in there?! Ha!

Hi there, I might also say that coming to grips that we aren't perfect and never will be will help as well. When we get to that point, we are more willing to rely on helps to get us to where we would like to be!

Thinking about when I was so motivated working out an hour a day watching what I ate, making progress and than Life happens you put yourself last and found yourself with the weight back on...so I'm at a place that I NEED to forgive myself and move forward..... emoticon
