ANYTHING that contains carbohydrates will be broken down into sugar. This primarily includes:
milk, yogurt, pudding
fruits and fruit juices
grains, cereals, breads, crackers, etc
beans, lentils, legumes
starchy vegetables
snacks, chips, etc

I searched but didn't find a list of foods that turn into sugar. So I thought I'd start one. Please add foods.

pasta(does brown pasta count), cereal, crackers, low fat muffin, granola, orange juice?
