I don't think it's possible to put in your own comparisons. Sorry about that!

Hi-
I am referring to this:
http://www.sparkpeople.com/food_vs_food.
asp?food=105_106_lemonade_versus_beer

BUT a blank page where we can input various items.
Thank you

I can get to this www.sparkpeople.com/food_vs_food.asp?food=
92_93_soda-(coke,-pepsi,-sprite,-etc)_
versus_tea
which is sort of intriguing... but I can't see how/where I'd be able to pick and choose the specific foods I was interested in comparing.

Goal 1 - break 200 (46 pounds lost)**DONE**
Goal 2 - leave obesity behind (BMI 29.9, at 185#) **DONE**
Goal 3 - BMI = Normal (154# or less)

I'm not sure what you're referring to. Can you be more specific?

Thanks!

Could someone give me the link to the food vs food application. I can find many examples of this with the foods already put in but I would like to make some of my own comparisons.Thank you.
