amazing how we can fool ourselves. I thought I had done pretty good yesterday- since I was dying to eat more and didn't/ but when I saw how what I had eaten was more than I needed, it was an eye opener. the thing is, we don't need much food to live/maintain a healthy weight. and we need even less to be able to lose and get down to where we should be. and the thing with tracking food is that I can lie to myself as to the quantity, but the scales tell all. (besides, God sees everything)
