I have been with the Spark club since February and I have lost 22 pounds. I am very happy with that, but I have gotten in such a rut with my eating. I am bored with my food. Does anyone have a recipe for low calorie trail mix and granola made without maple syrup? I have been told by a nutrionist to eat a high protein breakfast within 30 minutes of getting out of bed. I would love to do it, but I am having a hard time eating much right after waking up.HELP I am stuck at the same weight for a month. I am not eating too much and I have started walking 40 minutes every day. I love spicy foods.....Mexican, Italian. Any recipes will be greatly appreciated. I need some that I can make in bulk and freeze. Everyone have a great day. Char
