Hi everyone, new to spark people, hoping this site will assist me with my goals. I am a former foster mom of 27 kids and adoptive mom of 4 little ones. I have gained so my weight over the last 10 years. I guess I used food as a way to help alot of kids forget about their problems short-term. most were malnurished and I loved making wonderful food as a part of creating a warm and loving home for them. also it was really easy to have a snack during those 4am feedings! I was a church secretary until we moved to the country last year, so I sat at my desk alot. I love yoga and was going to practice 1 1/2 hrs a day before we moved. no studio's here and they recently closed the parks where I had been walking. Looking forward to setting up a home gym and getting refocused. I want to lose weight so I can be a better mom for my kids. Thanks, Sarah
