From what I can tell, there is a recipe calculator thing where you can add each individual ingredient of your recipes and it calculates the nutritional information for you there, and then there is an option to add it to your recipe box and from there you can add it to your daily food tracker. Hope this helps :) I will send this to you in a private message as well just in case it gets lost amongst the other posts!

Last year I lost 25 lbs. I have gained some of it back by just being lazy. Food, the evil necessity! I am hoping that I can find good support because I really need it. Not sure where this question should be posted so I'm going to ask it here, maybe someone can answer or direct me. When I make a homemade meal how do I add it to the tracker. do I have to list each ingredient separately? Thanks, good luck to everyone. I enjoy meeting you all and helping others (I'm good at that).
