You have to find something you like to eat or else you won't stick to it. Sounds like the granola was not great.
You can turn off the menu and eat what you like as long as you track it.

I haven't started the plan yet, just reading the book so far and gathering some of the ingredients, I did try the granola this morning - do you pour the rice dream over the granola and blueberries? That's what I did, and had a hard time getting in down. Does it get easier?
