I do almost no sweet smoothies due to the carbs. I think what you use could easily be turned into a savory shake. I now do all savory without any fruit in it. So think liquid salad with the milk as the water. You might try red bell peppers, cucumber, and other things that go well with cottage cheese. For spices...garlic, red pepper, tumeric, maybe fresh sage, rosemary and oregano. (I mean they make garlic ice cream!) Maybe some mustard - like in deviled eggs. Onion - like in omelets. Spinach kale or chard. Add some veggie you really love.

You can always add Hershey's natural unsweetened cocoa It's has 10 cals per tablespoon I add it to all of my smoothies.

pB2...it's powdered peanut butter! No additives, just peanuts that they press and press until nothing is left but a peanut in powder form! It's only 45 calories for 2 tablespoons as opposed to 200! I mix it in my Shakeology nearly everyday!
Here are some ideas: -- A banana plus a few drops of vanilla extract -- Powdered green tea (matcha), iced tea mix, or instant coffee -- Any flavor essence (available in the baking section of the supermarket) particularly those made without alcohol -- Cinnamon and a few grains of nutmeg

does anyone know anything to add flavour to a homemade protein shake? I blend cottage cheese and eggs with milk tottaly bland taste, I can easly add chocolate syrup that would make hella good but don't want the sugar that comes with it, also peanut butter is ruled out aswell because of the extra calories, I cant really be putting any extra calories in my diet because I am a weightlifter doing years of bulking diet but now want to be at a low bodyfat, I have 3000 caleries as it is with protein and fats, so if anyone knows anything that adds flavour that is litturaly calerieless would like to hear it thanks
