I'm getting back on track today. Gonna walk or jog on the treadmill today. YAY!

I am not working now due to some health issues so I have a little more time then other people.But there are days when I look at myself in the mirror and just say if you dont do something about you are always gonna feel bad about how you look.

I really like your positivity here!!
I used to have the "just get up and do it and then it'll be done" mentality!

Then I lost it. LOL! I can't ever seem to find the time to "just get up and do it" anymore.

Where you do fit in the time to do it?

just get up and exercise even if you dont want to so try some new exercise you never have done before you realize it you will be doing 30 minutes before you realize you just atarted. emoticon
