A good nights sleep is essential to weight loss and to general well being

For me, I have always had issues sleeping. I spend 10 hours sleeping only to wake up and still feel un-rested. I have had a sleep study done only to find out that I don't have any sleeping disorders like Sleep Apnea.

Using my Fitbit, I am able to see that most nights, I am experiencing movement an average of 10 times or more. If I am moving around, I am obviously not experiencing deep sleep.

All in all though, it is mostly for us people that have a curiosity about things like that.I like to monitor every aspect of my life from sleep to food to exercise to emotions to sexy times to weight... The FitBit helps satisfy a lot of my curiosity about things

What is the big deal on tracking your sleeping with the fitbit? I don't get why I would want to track that. Thanks to all.
