Hi! This is my first week back to Spark people in a few years, and my first time ever writing on the message board, but I really want this weight gone and am hoping that some wonderful soul out in the world of spark people :) can help get me going in the right direction. I have 15 pounds that will not budge!!! I lost under a pound this week and I am extremely discouraged already!!! I know I know it is only the first week of really following my food intake and exercise. However, I think sparkpeople has me eating too many calories for me to reach my goal successfully!!! This really sucks...I was really feeling great this week and really thought (hoped) that I would have lost at least a pound or two. I am fine with a slow steady pace of losing weight, I am just back to my doubtful way of thinking with regard to ever actually losing this annoying weight!!!
