Welcome!!! Track all your foods in here - put the app on your smart phone and you will find it really doesn't take that much time plus it really helps you to figure out how your eating habits actually impact your calorie intake.
Then, get on a fitness program and track it in here too. It really is incredible and simple - eat better and work out and your body will quickly respond!! Best of luck!

I am trying this for the first time in the hopes that it will work for me. I have 9 grandchildren I would love to see graduate and get married. I am open to any and all advice. I need to lose 50 lbs and this is my last hope.
