I felt better and had more energy within 2 weeks, I went down a jeans size in my 3rd week, I could kind of cross my legs in my 3rd week, my stomach was noticably smaller in my 4th week and I didn't have to use the handicap bar in the bathroom to get out of my bath in my 4th week. Oh, and I had to use more water in my bath in my 4th week. These were HUGE motivators to keep going and now 4 months into Sparking, I'm still motivated. What does Charlie Sheen say? WINNING!
