OK this is my first day too. Really glad that I stumbled onto this site just an hour or so ago. I'm male, 65, weigh 175, at 5'9", and trying to head off diabetes type 2. Already have the hypertension and take blood pressure meds. Have lost about 20 pounds through other means, but stuck at the 170 to 176 pound range for many months now. I want to get down to 160. Would appreciate hearing from anyone regarding support, tips, advice, or just relating.

Hi everyone! This is my first day on this site. I need to loose 100 pound in order to have knee surgery. That is my goal. I want to be able to walk again. At the moment I can only walk for about 3 minutes at a time. I just retired and want to travel and take my grandchildren on trips
