hello well im on spark people again for another go of it i havent been o for a few yrs i believe...tryed quite a few yrs ago but didnt keep it up....now its a new start and and a new beginig...i was at my highest weight 2 yrs ago at 265 so i desided to go to hebal magic i did do my2 yrs although i didnt follow it perfectly i did lose approx 50 pounds...since the i can not stand taking pills...and i am back up to 250..so i will start slowly and py attention o what i eating..i go swimming 2 to 3 times aweek at work for i work in a confrence centre and have free acsses to gym and pool so there is no excuse...i do not go to gym for i feel not comfortable using machines for im not that flexable. but i have tryed the chair exercises on spark people so i think i will start there for now ...well wish me luck and hopefully i caan do this will be 55 this yr and have a new grand daughter so have to get into shape...one more think ...how do i get the spark peoples page on my desk top screen so i dont have to go onto google and sign in every time im not to computer smart at times thanks alot for listening have a great day ....
