Using Sparkpeople's nutrition tracker is a great way to find your calories. It's not exhaustive, and especially when eating out at local restaurants or smaller chains you may have trouble finding specifics (I'm looking at YOU, Waffle House) but usually that or a quick google search for "XXXX nutrition information" will find you the numbers you need.

This is day 2 and I would like to know how to find the calories of foods before I eat them. Like fruits or things I might eat when out. Like I said yesterday I am not real good with computers and navigating websites. Help if you can. thank you.
