I had a baby on 7/23 and went back to work on 9/11 same day I started back on spark and working hard to lose the weight!! I was 240 and as of this morning 10/16 I am 214.4 that is 26 pounds down in 5 weeks woohoo!!- This is really working and I think I will be ahead of my goal to get to 200 by 1/1/13!!!- I've been pretty much stuck for the last 10 days and finally the scale is moving again!!-hugs to all of you and the best advice is to track everything!! and of course get your weekly exercise!!
