Hi. I'm new to this site. I turned 40 a few months ago. I decided at that time I was going to quit neglecting my health. I work in the health care field but was living anything but a healthy lifestyle. Since my birthday I have joined a gym and lost 25lbs. Still would like to lose 25 more. Im juggling a full time job and will be starting school full time as well. Id love to just get ideas how to maintain my new healthy lifestyle while working; going to school; raising a large family. I need meal and snack ideas. And the encouragement of positive people so I don't resort back to my unhealthy habits.
