Hi and welcome. So glad you are here to make a change! Get familiar with everything, make a sparkpage and join some teams. Teams are good for motivation, support and accountability. I am adding a link to a team to get you started but you should use the team search bar and type in interests/hobbies or the first number of your age followed by a 0 and something. Example "30 something", good luck on your journey

i have being trying to loose weight for a while always loosing and after a while gaining it all back .
for the past year i started with weight watchers and zumba fitness and i am so proud to say that i lost 45 pounds and kept it off but points drive me crazy !!! so a good friend of mine introduced me to sparks people and i love it .now i combine all of them and it seems that finally i will be able to accomplish my goals !!!! wish me luck
