so, ever since i had my daughter i have been what you could say, yo-yo weight losing ? lol. i had reached 160 for a very long time and went to visit my husbands family (they are mexican) and they feed you very well and have very delicious food ! of course i ate so much i had gotten back to 175 in 2 weeks ! it is ridiculous how fast you can gain weight and how long it take to take it off ! but i have lately become depressed with how i look so last wednesday i decided to turn my eating/ exercise habits around . I have been eating fresh fruits and vegetables for days now and adding protein (chicken, pork, etc.) in the mix for each and every meal. i've also been going to the gym and depending on what day i've gone taken the classes they had, and or invented my own work out ! i weighed myself today to find i have lost 2 lbs ! :) im excited to get on the scale next week and hoping i lose 2 more !
