The recipe calculator is your friend here. Honestly, I just input the ingredients and don't fill in the rest of the recipe information. I don't share my recipes, so it doesn't really matter what the directions are (Mine are all saved on pinterest). It gets tedious, but you can do a "recipe makeover" to a previously entered recipe, which helps with the additions or subtractions from your base recipe (i.e. 3 or 7 bean casserole). Hope this helps.
Yes, you will need to figure out how many servings of each ingredient you have used and add the totals up for each ingredient. Once you have the total of the combined ingredients, divide by the number of servings. It is very helpful to have a food scale and measuring cups handy in the kitchen when cooking. This will save a lot of guess work

I cook often in large quantites..3 bean cassarole (some times 7 or 8 bean), soups made from scratch,etc. is there an easy way to figure it all out and save it to favorites?? Do I need to figure each ingredient seperatly?? some of this stuff could take forever to figure out...
