If you stay at a fairly steady pace, you can use SP's burn in the fitness tracker. Just go to Other Exercises (or Walking/Running) and pick your mph and input your time and go from there. If I know I vary pace (when I do Couch to 5K on my treadmill), I break it down into times for each pace (10 minutes walking at 15 mph and 10 running at 12 mph, as an example.) I hope this helps.
My treadmill has a calorie counter based on a 150 lb. woman. I however am 190 lbs. How do I figure out my calorie burn? (yoohoo math teachers..this probably a good algebra question) I'd like to set a weekly goal but I'd like to be a little more accurate. Thanks!
