hi,

If you haven't checked out our SparkTeams that may be a good place to get advice from others who also suffer from fibromyalgia.

I included a link to one of the teams if you would like to check into it.

I am only able to do warm water aerobics because cold water sends my body into shock but I will try the yoga. Thanks for the suggestion

I would suggest and water related exercises such as water aerobics or just swimming. It won't be as hard on your body. Plus, I would suggest trying yoga. Trust me, you will feel 10x better even with your condition.

I have been diagnosed with fibromyalgia four years ago, my last doctor appointment I was told I need to lose some weight. The goal I set for myself is to lose 15 pounds in three months. But I have learned that some of the exercise that I am doing are making me have very painful flare ups and I am unable to exercise the next day. So I am trying to find out what types of exercise should I be doing to reach my goal. I need help to reach my goal. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated
