I feel more motivated seeing the numbers on the scale go down and by noticing the changes my body is making with exercising! So far I've lost 7 lbs.

I am feeling positive about my weight loss. 2.5lbs in 2 weeks. Getting the hang of this thing and realize I need to measure my portions more. If I do I feel I will do even better. Learning to make better food choices and trying to increase exercise. Looking forward to the end of week three.

Slow and steady wins the race.:)
