Keep positive thoughts. Tell yourself "I will not hit that wall and it is not going to beat me!!" Positive thoughts keep away the negative thoughts that tear you down. Good luck!!!

but a little worried to go out for my run today. All week I was fatigued and not myself...( i think overtraining was the cause) ...Finally woke this morning to feeling like my old self. Feeling motivated and more energized but hate the thought of hitting the wall during my workout. I feel like if that happens I will be tempted to binge at my family cookout tonight. Its just frustrating, i am trying not to focus on the scale these day and focus on more how I feel, how my workouts go and how my clothes fit ...so when I am having a difficult time with all those things I get a little tempted....
