I have been hungry lately as well. This always happens when the weather gets cold and the days shorter. I will be absolutely starving by snowfall.

Don't worry so much about eating less food. Focus more on eating healthier foods. Even if you eat the same volume (or even more) you'll be eating less calories, feel more satisfied, and since your body will be getting more of the nutrients it needs you won't feel so hungry. Eating healthier foods will also increase your energy level so you'll be more motivated to get some exercise.
Remember that it doesn't have to be all or nothing. If the best you can do right now is your favorite veggie smothered in butter or cheese or strawberries dipped in chocolate and topped with whipped cream then it's a start...and it's better than a burger and fries or a box of cookies. Nobody is perfect and we all mess up sometimes. But it's how we respond that makes the real difference.

Don't worry, just get back on the wagon asap. I've gone on binges and felt so bad about it that I gave up on the whole thing. You definately don't want to do that!

Give yourself a break! man! I would LOVE to weigh what you weigh! 52kgs! I'm like 56.5kgs and I'm short! My goal weight is 50kgs though!

Just chill! And get back to your program! Don't be too hard on yourself!

Please HELP!! I've been eating healthy and exercising everyday and lost lot of weight. Recently i stopped exercising and started to eat junk and eating too much. I gained few pounds...i'm really very sad and depressed...i want to lose weight and stop eating junk. How will control my food?
