I've been stuck under a black cloud for some time now and am finally trying to find a new avenue to help me out.
I don't have a support system and read about a woman that lost weight using Spark People and figured I'd give it a try.
I have been gaining weight and getting on and off the fitness wagon for a few years. I LUV to work out but have not stuck to a routine. I know once I get started, I will get better but I can't seem to get started.
I need help!
