Best wishes.. bit by bit works.. and many nutritionists seem to like the Sonoma Diet approach.. it doesn't limit to one kind of food or cut out too much but encourages a healthy balance.

Enjoy 60!

I've decided the Sonoma diet will be great for me.But it requires some preparation. So my official start date is March 12,2012. In the meantime, however, I've set a few goals that are making me more aware of my eating lifestyle and changes to make. So excited to get healthy and celebrate 60 years of life. emoticon
