For the most part those leaders are there to answer questions when needed, not necessarily to participate in the discussions. But if you notice no one is around and helping at all, SparkMail Coach Denise (the leader from our staff) and she can look into it.

Thanks,

Thanks.
I have one more question for you?
Are Team Leaders of the "Challenge" pages supposed to participate in the message boards on those pages? I'm on the "Spring Into Shape Bootcamp Challenge" and the Team Leaders never participate in any of the "weekly" discussion message boards - just seems strange to have them as "leaders" if they aren't going to participate and/or answer questions?

I think the only pages that are really different are SparkPages, but I could be wrong. I'll try to pay more attention to what's happening at the top of the page to see if there's anything we can do to fix what you're describing.

No I should have spell checked that - I'm saying I don't like the new change in some pages having a banner/tool bar whatever you want to call it that goes across the entire page at the top of the page vs. the tool bad at the top of the box area where the sit allows you to do all the typing, etc. It seems to switch between these two type of tool bars depending on which page you are on - and this has just started recently. It's not user friendly because you have to scroll up farhrer and further to the left to get over to the trackers, which is where you tend to spend more time in going through each step of the 'program' so to speak.

I can see My Trackers at the top of almost every page without an ad in the way. Are you saying you don't see that at all?

Thanks,

Coach Jen

I can't stand the new top bad on sparkpeople - you have to scroll up farther and the fact that "my trackers" isn't on the far left messes up my ability to move easily from page to page to track my points -- yet another change that seems to not really be needed.
