I like to put strawberry greek yogurt in my popsicle tray. Over the winter I made eggnog popsicles. You can blend ripe bananas (bruised bananas you might otherwise throw out are perfect) with a bit of fruit juice or chocolate syrup to thin it (or just mash it together in a bowl with a fork to avoid having to clean the blender). This summer I want to try blending avocado with a bit of milk and honey. Maybe this fall I will experiment with roasted sweet potato and brown sugar. Basically anything liquid or that can be mashed into a pulp will work.

okay thanx. the only thing I've done so far is warming coconut milk with some sugar/sweetener and pouring it in the molds with some shredded coconut in it. soooo yummy lol.

I almost wanna try using pudding but not sure yet.

Brew a few herbal fruit teabags/tea leaves in about 500ml of water. Add sugar to taste (you can leave it out, but I wouldn't recommend it). Once that is cool add it to a blender with some frozen berries. Add more water if needed. Blitz and pour into the moulds.

Sorry the recipe isn't very specific, I don't measure, I just do! Also, this is very adaptable. I use different flavours of tea, as well as different berry combos.

what are your guys' favorite popsicle recipes?

I have 6 popsicle molds. they leak a little bit so we eat them over a plate. but still saves a bit of money.

what about home made ice cream? do you guys ever make mini-icecream in your popsicles.

would love to know.
