This is a great site. Visit and join some Spark Teams that have the same goals, interest or hobbies. Try a few to find the one you really can become involved with.

1 husband, 2 kids, 5 grandkids, and an aging MIL, I need to be much fitter in order to keep up. The RA treatments aren't helping, but I discovered activity helps. A busy summer and I lost the gains 4 mths of physical therapy got me so, looking for some encouragement and accountability cause I do have a sweet tooth and I am lazy I like to read not run
