Thank you! Yes, for me small goals are much better. When I look at the overall picture I get overwhelmed and want to give up. Having small, easily attainable goals it great for me.

That's awesome! I'm a big fan of FastBreak, and come back to it whenever my life starts to spin out of control, or gets too overwhelming for me. FastBreak is do-able, and it gets me back to where I feel like I am in control.

Hello! I just started on sparkpeople a couple of days ago. I do find that the fast breaks are keeping me motivated. The idea of not being able to check off those boxes daily, or the ones at the end of my first full week really bugs me more than I thought it would! emoticon
