I had never thought of adding maple flavoring - great idea. I'm curious to know how much too.

I just made a protein shake (from a recipe) which said 1/4 t. peppermint extract -- that was TOO much .... it was really potent. From now on, I will just add a little at a time.

I bought maple extract to flavor my overnight oatmeal, but I am unsure how much of it I should use since I am not following any particular recipe.

Can anyone advise?
