HI there. Im getting back into the site and didnt know if there were videos on here for exersize. I am currently doing the couch to 5k but i dont do well overexerting in the hot weather and have kind of fallen off the wagon with my eating and exersize.
I work in a lovely elderly ladies home and she is close to the ocean and i walk to the ocean but would like some stuff i can do there or even in home as i am there with her most days. Please help i really love to exersize and i cant fall behind. Thanks for listening and for any suggestions
