I would use the first entry since it was something you were doing on your own (vs. going to Curves or Ladies Workout Express which uses their own type of equipment.)

I see the following suggestions:
circuit training (including boot camp workouts)
Curves circuit training
Ladies workout express circuit training

I have a related question and hope there is someone or a Coach who can answer.

I want to track my fitness and when I search for "Circuit training" I get a couple of choices. However, I'm not really sure what each of them count in the calorie tracker.

I did the circuit at the gym that's geared for you to get your whole body workout in about 30 minutes.
Is there a way to view details of what encompasses any of the fitness entries? I hope my question makes sense...

If you click on Articles and Videos at the top of the page and go to Videos, you'll find lots of options there.

HI there. Im getting back into the site and didnt know if there were videos on here for exersize. I am currently doing the couch to 5k but i dont do well overexerting in the hot weather and have kind of fallen off the wagon with my eating and exersize.
I work in a lovely elderly ladies home and she is close to the ocean and i walk to the ocean but would like some stuff i can do there or even in home as i am there with her most days. Please help i really love to exersize and i cant fall behind. Thanks for listening and for any suggestions emoticon
