Take it slow. It may take a couple of weeks to learn all the ins and outs of what the website can do. You can do meal plans through your settings, or you can just track your own food. YOu can also play with the fitness tracker which does have the ability to give you several different work out plans based on what part of your body you want to work out, and what equipment, or lack of equipment you have. If all else fails just change 1 thing for the positive each week, and sooner rather than later you will have adopted a healthy life style. You can do this!

Hi, I am glad to participate here. Just a bit overwhelmed with the program information.
I wanted to lost what I gained during pregnancy. and find it difficult.
Is there any daily work out plan to follow here? and the meals ? Thank you
