I'm hoping someone may have some info on this. I went to the dr. today with sciatica and lumbar pains. She told me to do some gentle stretching and some aerobics to strengthen my core. No weight lifting or weight machines at this point. She suggested biking, but I really don't like biking and don't have the equipment. I usually walk - can I turn that into a core strengthening activity, and how? Thanks, all!
