I would also encourage you to check with your doctor to make sure you are cleared for exercise while you are injured. We on SP really shouldn't make suggestions unless you've been medically because we don't want to cause further issue.

Check out the SP exercises. they have seated exercises that you can do.

Help, just joined sparkpeople and have today twisted my knee, I can't do any walking or biking right now. Is there any exercises that I can do from a sitting position for at least 2 weeks.
