My general rule is that if I'm sick from the neck up (a head cold), I exercise, but if I'm sick from the neck down (cough, chest congestion, etc.), I don't.

Today I was feeling under the weather but I did exercise. It was tough because my breathing was labored. Glad I pushed myself as it shows motivation and determination

do you exercise while sick?

I am debating exercising while sick. if you do exercise while sick, do you avoid certain exercises?
