From personal experience, programs like Insanity worked best when I added extra cardio in with it like walking, jogging, Zumba, etc. Some days I would take off of the program and do the extra cardio or if I wasn't too tired after doing Insanity, I would do the cardio after that.
u do need to track your food as u may be eating more than u think. 3500 calories make 1 lb. also with those last 20 lbs. your body may be stalling to take it off. so I would look closely at what you are eating.......

I agree that it would be a good idea to start tracking your food daily. The majority of your weight loss progress comes from diet, not exercise. So if you're eating a little more or a little less than you should be, that is going to impact your weight loss progress. What is your recommended calorie range and how many calories do you typically consume per day?

eating 'pretty well' means absolutely nothing unless you are accurately tracking your food and eating in your calorie range. Also, most people don't start seeing weight loss until at least 6-8 weeks or more after starting a new program.

I have two children (2 and 3 years old) and I gained about 60 pounds while I was pregnant. I have been able to lose most of the weight on my own , but I still have 20 pounds to go in order to get back to my pre-pregnancy weight. I have started doing the Insanity program and am on week 5. I have been eating pretty well and try to drink lots of water . But I am pretty far into the program and I have not lost a SINGLE pound (not even one!). That would be okay, but also my body looks exactly the same as it did when I started. I feel like I have made NO progress and I am seriously struggling. I know it hasn't been very long, but I was hoping for at least a little bit of change. Help! What am I doing wrong? Does anyone have any suggestions to help me see some results? :) Thank you!!
