I would ask your doctor to be more specific about what you can and can't do. They might even be able to refer you to see a physical therapist who can create an exercise program specific to your needs.

I'm back.. Well when I first started this journey I was at a hefty 260 I am now at 190lbs. I am at my plateau and haven't been able to get through it.
Due to not working out. I was in a accident while at work and haven't exercised since Feb,. Doc said I can walk on treadmill and get on stationary bike.
I've yet to go back to gym since I am on work comp and I'm so afraid of hurting myself more. I've already been off too lng and desperately want to go back to work.
Any suggestions to incline on treadmill. All Ik is doc said to workout to comfort. I'm scared
