I'm back.. Well when I first started this journey I was at a hefty 260 I am now at 190lbs. I am at my plateau and haven't been able to get through it.
Due to not working out. I was in a accident while at work and haven't exercised since Feb,. Doc said I can walk on treadmill and get on stationary bike.
I've yet to go back to gym since I am on work comp and I'm so afraid of hurting myself more. I've already been off too lng and desperately want to go back to work.
Any suggestions to incline on treadmill. All Ik is doc said to workout to comfort. I'm scared
