I exercise 6 days a week. I mostly use my Pilates reformer machine and the Pilates cardio rebounder.

I exercise as much as possible. Mostly walking these days.

I try to do something every day. It may not be a workout as such; it might be some light yoga or a short walk. Those are rest days for me, but I do try to do vigorous exercise at least 6 days a week.

Current weight: 158 lb (131 pounds down!)
Goal weight: 140 lb
