I do a combination: Some time at the gym for strength training or quick cardio Some time riding my bike - especially to run errands Some time practicing Yoga at home or when my schedule permits I join the Yoga on the Beach classes in Long Beach (I do love living on Southern California!!!!)

I like to walk outdoors for exercise. I jog every now and again to mix it up.
Not at the gym, but I do run just about every day, distances ranging from 4 miles to 14, depending on the day. With that said, I am a.) in training and b.) have built up to this over 3 years of running.
It's not important what other people do. It's important what works for you.
I don't necessarily go to the gym for an hour but I do work out for an hour or more 6 days a week, mostly because I enjoy it. But also because I work in Cube Hell and my job is VERY sedentary. Got to get motion in when I can.
