Can you swim or do you have access to something like that? If not, can you get a stationary bicycle? If not, Spark has a few great chair workouts that you could try, and you stay in your chair!!! You could just search for them here on the site. Good luck. Hopefully when you start getting more fit, you will feel like you can do more.

what do you suggest for an older person not able to walk or get on the ground or floor very well but wants to become healthier????
